Osnove servo upravljanja

Izraz servo potiče od latinske reči servus, što znači sluga ili sledbenik. Shodno tome, sistem servo upravljanja može se definisati kao sistem koji je osposobljen za upravljanje određenih promenljivih vrednosti, kako bi se detaljno pratili parametri koje zadaje sam korisnik.

U današnje vreme, servo upravljanje je deo gotovo svakog procesa automatizacije, uključujući masovnu proizvodnju, vojnu, hemijsku i petrohemijsku industriju, biomedicinu… Uz gore navedenu definiciju servo upravljanja, treba napomenuti da su se očekivanja u pogledu praćenja performansi sistema servo upravljanja u značajnoj meri povećala, u skladu sa sve većim zahtevima vezanim za proizvodni proces i gotove proizvode.

U suštini, cilj koji se postavlja pred bilo koji sistem servo upravljanja jeste da se omogući upravljanom signalu da prati referentni ulazni signal, poznat i pod nazivom set-point (podešena referentna tačka), pod određenom brzinom i preciznošću, i da bude dovoljno snažan kako bi održao upravljani signal na njegovom putu, uprkos mogućim neželjenim ometanjima koje pogađaju sistem.

U domenu upravljanja pokretima, servo upravljanje se vezuje za aktuator, kako bi se postigli određeni profili pokreta objekta za koji su vezani, u pogledu direktnih promenljivih pokreta, kao što su blizina, pozicija, brzina i ubrzanje, ili u pogledu promenljiva izazvanih pokretom, kao što su snaga ili obrtni moment. Ometanja koja se mogu javiti tokom ovoga dolaze usled promene u opterećenju i postojanju sila koje ometaju pokret: trenje, prazan hod, i magnetna valovitost.

Referentni signal sistema servo upravljanja je zapravo ulazna komanda u servo sistem. Drugim rečima, referentni signal je ulaz u sistem koji služi kao željeni profil pokreta koji treba postići. Može se podesiti, sa ciljem optimizacije kvaliteta proizvoda ili performansi.

Izlazni signal sistema predstavlja upavljanu promenljivu pokretu, i merenjem preko senzora može dati povratni signal. Ovaj povratni signal se zatim upoređuje sa referentnim signalom, a njihova razlika predstavlja signal greške. Na osnovu greške, kontroler će poslati neophodni upravljački signal do aktuatora, kako bi se objekat sproveo prema željenom profilu pokreta.
