Potpuno automatska mašina za proizvodnju kesa

Potpuno automatska mašina za sečenje i varenje kesa podrazumeva da se dobija finalni proizvod koji je spreman za pakovanje. Mašina se sastoji iz dve celine kojima rukovodi poseban PLC, ali koji međusobno razmenjuju informacije kako bi se dobio jedinstven sistem. Prvi deo mašine je zadužen za sečenje i varenje kesa iz rolne na zadatoj dužini i formiranje seta kesa. Drugi deo mašine zadužen za prihvatanje dobijenog seta i dalje manipulisanje njime na način da se set postavi na određenoj poziciji za prosecanje ručica, presavinje na pola kao pripremu za pakovanje i odloganje na konvejer.

Potpuno automatska masina za kese

Sa stanovišta automatizacije, bilo je potrebno integrisati u jedinstven sistem sledeće komponente industrijske elektronike:

  • 2 servo motora
  • 2 plc
  • 2 fotoćelije
  • 1 hmi touch panel
  • 1 step motor
  • 3 frekventna regulatora
  • 3 termoregulatora
  • Od pratećih elemenata industrijske elektronike tu su još prekidačka napajanja, elektromehanički releji, solid state releji, tasteri i prekidači

Takođe, tu je i veliki broj pneumatskih i hidrauličnih cilindara koje treba integrisati u pravilan rad mašine.
