Automatizacija mašine za kese

Mašina za sečenje i varenje kesa poseduje razne elektromotore, servo motore, senzore (induktivne, fotoelektrične, fotoćelije), elektromagnetne ventile, pneumatske klipove, temperaturne zone i drugo. Upravljački sistem mora da obezbedi odgovarajuće upravljanje ovih komponenata i njihovu intregraciju u jedinstven sistem.

 

 

 

Sa stanovišta automatizacije, glavni proces koji treba automatizovati jeste sečenje kesa na odgovarajuću dužinu i njihovo slaganje i formiranje seta od određenog broja kesa, uglavnom po 100 komada.

Osnovni upravljački elementi su:

  • servo driver,
  • programabilni logički kontrololer (PLC),
  • HMI – ekran osetljiv na dodir ili alfanumerički diplej, za interakciju između operatera sa mašinom,
  • frekventni regulator.

 

 

 

PLC je računar namenjen za upotrebu u industrijskim okruženjima i služi za upravljanje većinom komponenata koje se nalaze na mašini. Komunicira sa servo driver-om, HMI panelom i frekventnim regulatorom. Obrađuje podatke koje korisnik unosi preko ekrana i podatke koje dobija od raznih uređaje i aktivira odgovarajuće izlaze.

 

 

Servo motori su zaduženi za izbacivanje odgovarajuće dužine kese, koju naravno korisnik sam zadaje na ekranu. PLC vrši obradu i saopštava servo driver-u, zasebna upravljačka jedinica servo motora, koliko obrtaja je potrebno da motor napravi i kojom brzinom.

Operater preko touch panela može da zadaje dužinu kese i brzinu mašine, podešava brojač, bira između štampane i neštampane kese i ostala podešavanja neophodna za pravilan rad mašine. Pored podešavanja koja idu preko touch panela, na samom upravljačkom elektroormanu postoje regulatori temeperature, zatim uređaj za neutralisanje statičkog naelektrisanja i drugo. Za realizaciju ovog projekta se iz našeg distributerskog programa koriste TED servo motori, FATEK  programabilni logički kontroleri (PLC), KINCO ili FATEK HMI paneli, DANFOSS frekventni regulatori, MEAN WELL prekidačka napajanja, FINDER releji, AUSPICIOUS prekidači i signalne led svetiljke, GLIKI fotoelektrični retroreflektivni senzori, induktivni senzori (prekidači) i termoregulatori, solid state releji (SSR).
